Hello from Qatar!
I set a stopwatch, and I spent 23 hours and 40 minutes door-to-door getting to Qatar from my house.
This morning is the first time I have seen the sun since driving to the Philly airport on Wednesday.
The conference starts in about three hours, so I’ll be live-blogging different sessions, sharing my reflections and thoughts on what it will take to truly build a global implementation science.

You can’t really tell from a map, but the city is much more widely spaced out. I’ll going to try to get to the cultural districts tomorrow afternoon, but right now there’s not much that I could walk to.
